It's hard to tell if the emirp is coming or going. If it isn't obvious, an emirp is a prime number that is still a prime when the digits are reversed. There are also cyclic emirps, where every prime in the cycle is a still a prime when it is reversed. As for the Weird guy, longtime readers have seen him before.
