Super-Stick-Man Poster: Waste-Line

This one I can date to a period between Fall 1983 and Fall 1984 because of the paper it is printed on came from the bank I worked at. I doodled many little posters with characters that I'd already used or planned to use at some point -- including in a graphic novel -- I called it a "graphite novel" -- that I had started working on by that point.

I never used Waste-Line. I envisioned him something like the Punisher, I guess, but I'd never read the Punisher. I thought he was more of a villain than a vigilante (or both).
